A very nice maintenance man went down to the desk and got us transferred to a new room and a $50 food credit. Given a room and it had no bed and had not been cleaned. Did not get a call so went back at 11:30 to check on it. Then told at 10 pm our room was not ready. Waited in line for over an hour to check in.
I know they just reopened after Covid 19 but the hotel was so unprepared for guests it was awful.
